For our office in Svendborg, we are looking for a law student who is particularly interested in and professionally knowledgeable in the field of commercial law, including both the general property law subjects, but also within the areas of real estate, company law, debt collection and insolvency.
You will work closely with our lawyers, assisting them with drafting legal memos, literature searches and case management, as well as working with debt collection and appearing in bailiff courts. The tasks will be versatile and you will have ample opportunity to get acquainted with different legal disciplines.
We expect you to have good theoretical knowledge and a desire to further develop your skills in commercial law, to be committed and thorough, and to contribute positively to a good collegial team spirit. Furthermore, we would like to see that you have completed your bachelor’s degree or are in the 6th semester.

The working hours are flexible, but are expected to be around 10-15 hours per week, but exam reading and your studies in general will of course be taken into account.
