Can you get out of unpayable debt?

If a debt becomes large and unmanageable, it can be erased or reduced. This is done with a debt relief through the probate court and an assistant assigned by the probate court.

Debt relief can be an option for private individuals who, for various reasons, have ended up in unmanageable debt with no prospect of being able to pay it off. This could be due to illness, divorce, unemployment, personal bankruptcy or similar.

If your debt has become so large and unmanageable that you may need debt relief, you are welcome to contact us. We will assess the situation and advise you on the possibilities of having the debt erased or reduced. This is done via the probate court and an assistant appointed by the probate court. If the process ends with the debt being reduced, an installment plan will be made for the rest of the debt.
