Insurance covers many aspects and types of insurance and it can often be difficult to understand the boundaries and specific coverage.

At Kielberg, we have considerable experience in all legal aspects of the area and generally advise on policy coverage and liability issues. Recourse issues (the possibility of pursuing a claim against another liable party) are therefore also a natural part of our advice.

We advise both companies and private individuals, as well as insurance companies to a large extent. The latter frequently in connection with handling companies’ cases in collaboration with the underlying insurance company. Such cases are conducted for contractors, architects, engineers, manufacturers or importers, craftsmen or private builders, among others. These are often technically complex matters where evidence must be secured and clarified quickly via expert opinion.
