Anders mainly deals with litigation and dispute resolution, including arbitration and expert opinions, especially within construction law, real estate and tenancy law and professional liability. His litigation is based on the client's needs and with a direct form of communication. In addition to construction law litigation, Anders also acts as a sparring partner for both contractor and client in construction matters, from contract drafting and risk analysis to delivery and dispute resolution. The advice emphasizes commercial matters for the benefit of the client. Finally, he advises on real estate transactions for both private and corporate clients.
Anders holds a cand.jur. He was admitted to the bar in 2022 and holds an HD degree from the University of Southern Denmark specializing in management and organization.
Anders is active in the business network around Fyens Væddeløbsbane. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Byggesocietetetet. Anders teaches Bachelor of Engineering and law students at the University of Southern Denmark in the subjects Construction Law and Real Estate Trade, and he also acts as a supervisor for master's students. Finally, Anders is a partner in Kielberg Advokater A/S, where he is also a member of the board.
