Christoffer Cloos Hylander has a wide range of cases within family and inheritance law, and in addition to handling cases independently, he also assists our lawyers in the private law department. He specializes in advising on and drafting private law documents such as wills, prenuptial agreements, future powers of attorney and joint ownership agreements, etc. In addition, Christoffer is one of the office's lawyers who advises in child custody, residence and visitation cases, and in placement cases etc.
Christoffer graduated from the University of Southern Denmark in 2023 with the final thesis "Regulation of insurance sums under section 104 of the Danish Insurance Contracts Act - a consideration analysis".
Christoffer is part of the Younger Network for Family and Inheritance Law.
