Jørn works with business consultancy and regularly advises a wide range of companies - preferably with a commercial aim - in connection with the consultancy. He has considerable experience and insight, particularly in the areas of company law, corporate structure, tax law and the implementation of succession and business transfers. Jørn has the right to appear before the Supreme Court and obtained a Master's degree in Tax Law from CBS in 2012.
Jørn is a partner at Kielberg Advokater. He also sits on a number of company boards and foundation boards. Jørn is a member of Danish Tax Lawyers and the Association for Industrial Legal Protection. In the period 2005 - 2007, he was chairman of the Danish Bar and Law Society's Tax Committee.
For a number of years, Jørn has been an external examiner for the Master of Business Administration program at the University of Southern Denmark.
