Malene Raunholt is head of Kielberg Attorneys' real estate department. She works extensively with the development and transfer of real estate as well as commercial and residential tenancy law. She is dedicated to finding the best solutions for her clients and prioritizes having a good dialogue with all parties involved to ensure a good and smooth process. In addition to advising on real estate transactions, she also works with mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, succession planning and other business law issues. In addition, Malene has many years of experience as a trustee in bankruptcy estates. She works primarily as an advisor for businesses, but also assists private clients in connection with buying and selling homes. Finally, she is an advisor to public authorities and thus has experience in municipal and public law matters.
Malene holds a master's degree in law. She was appointed as a lawyer in 2009 and has the right to appear before the High Court.
Malene has been appointed to the Danish Debt Management Agency's panel of lawyers as trustee in Odense court district. She is active in a number of networks and holds several board positions, including as chairman of the board of Fyens Væddeløbsbane A/S and as a member of the board of Byggesocietetet. Finally, she is a partner and director of Kielberg Advokater.
