Milena specializes in family and inheritance law, where she provides advice on division of property in connection with separation, divorce and termination of cohabitation between unmarried cohabitants. In addition, she also advises in child custody, residence and visitation cases, and in placement cases, etc. In her advice, it is crucial for her to show respect for the human aspects and values when working with clients to find the best solutions in the case.

When she provides assistance in connection with the preparation of prenuptial agreements, wills, inheritance waivers, powers of attorney, joint ownership agreements, family loans, etc. she is known for meeting the individual client with understanding and empathy and for her ability to communicate the law at eye level.

In addition, Milena deals with litigation, especially in the field of private law, where she ensures that the client feels safe and well guided during the process, while always working hard with a high level of professionalism to ensure the client the most favorable result.

Milena also assists in connection with family transfers, where she helps clients get an overview of tax issues, etc.

Background information

Milena holds a Master of Laws from the University of Southern Denmark, where she specialized in family and inheritance law. Her final thesis at law school was entitled "The emergence and dissolution of cohabitation between unmarried cohabitants", and has been published in JuSDUs. A journal that contains some of the best master's theses in law.
