Niels Eriksen has extensive knowledge of complex legal issues within both private law and especially within commercial law. In addition to his affiliation with our private law department, he is also part of our real estate department, where he works specifically with the development and transfer of real estate. He works commercially and purposefully to find the best solutions for his clients and prioritizes a good dialogue with all parties involved. In addition to advising on real estate transactions, he also works with mergers and acquisitions and other commercial law issues. He works primarily as an advisor to businesses, but also assists private clients in connection with family law issues.
Niels holds a master's degree in law. He was appointed as a lawyer in 2005 and has the right to appear before the High Court.
Niels is active in a number of networks and holds several board positions. Finally, he is a partner in Kielberg Advokater, where he is also a member of the board.
