Pernille is a corporate legal advisor in our corporate department. Pernille has experience in the field of insolvency law, including in particular debt collection and the administration of bankruptcy estates as well as related management and advisor liability. She also has experience in procurement law and has previously assisted contracting authorities with the organization and implementation of procurement procedures, as well as conducting cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement. Pernille also has experience in drafting and enforcing contracts. Pernille's interdisciplinary skills in both economics and law make her a serious sparring partner for both colleagues and clients when advising on business law issues.
