Work areas & Competencies

In his long-standing career as a lawyer, Peter has mainly worked with legal matters related to real estate. In particular, his work has focused on the regulation of real estate. The Planning Act, the Building Act, the Nature Conservation Act and the Subdivision Act are thus Peter's special areas of expertise.

In addition, he has worked extensively with neighbor law in general and in particular fence law and claim.

Background information

Peter was originally trained as a surveyor and then obtained his Master of Laws in 1983 while working in the Ministry of Finance. Peter was admitted to the High Court in 1991 and deposited his license in 2018. Today, he acts as a specialist legal advisor in complicated cases within real estate regulation.

Offices & Networks

For many years, Peter has taught real estate regulation and land registration at the University of Southern Denmark. Peter is still affiliated with the university as an external lecturer.

For many years, Peter has also been associated with the Association of Fence Inspectorates in Denmark as a legal advisor and course provider.
