Rita is an authorized executor at the probate court in Odense, and she primarily deals with the administration of estates, either as an executor or as a private attorney. She also handles representation of heirs and other tasks within estate administration. In addition, Rita works with family and inheritance law, such as drawing up wills and marriage contracts, handling separation and divorce cases, including division of property and custody and residence cases. Rita also advises on and handles the transfer of real estate. In addition, she handles debt relief cases.
