Rectification, deed and refund statement

Efficient case management ensures a fast and smooth real estate transaction

Once an agreement regarding the purchase or sale of a property is in place – both substantively and legally – the transfer of ownership from seller to buyer must be officially registered. The registration is secured with a deed, which is an official document that is subsequently registered. The deed is therefore a proof of ownership.

Once the deed is signed and registered, a final settlement must be made between the seller and buyer – a so-called reimbursement statement – which is also the basis for releasing the purchase price to the seller.

The real estate transaction is finalized when the entire process is complete:

  1. Obtaining all case documents
  2. The deed is written and submitted digitally in draft
  3. Seller and buyer approve and sign the deed and registration fee is paid
  4. The registration is carried out digitally based on the information in the deed
  5. Refund statement is prepared
  6. When the registration is complete, the purchase price is released based on the refund statement
