We act in the role of curator

Over many years, we have established a deep expertise and special competence in handling both large and small bankruptcy estates. Our specialized lawyers are regularly appointed as trustees in bankruptcy estates. This happens at the request of companies, financial institutions or the bankruptcy court, which assigns us the task of trustee.

We have special skills related to the role of curator, as well as working with, among other things:

• Handling both large and small bankruptcy estates
• advising banks, creditors, boards of directors and shareholders in relation to bankruptcy law issues
• Processing bankruptcy quarantine cases

Our trustee specialists are active both in the processing of bankruptcy estates and as lawyers for the bankrupt company’s bank or creditors.

Finally, we also have extensive experience in handling avoidance cases, and we provide ongoing advice on other bankruptcy law issues.

In our bankruptcy team, we are also 4 lawyers appointed by the Danish Debt Agency to sit on their trustee panel.
