Are you an experienced lawyer who wants to work with exciting and diverse business cases?
At Kielberg Advokater in Svendborg, we are looking for a skilled lawyer for our business department, where you will be responsible for both advice and case management within a broad area of business law – including the opportunity to work with insolvency law if it falls within your competencies.
About the position
As a lawyer in our commercial department, you will work with a variety of tasks within commercial law, including company law and business-related disputes. Depending on your interests and experience, you will also have the opportunity to work with insolvency law, such as bankruptcy proceedings, reorganizations and advising companies in financial difficulties.
You will be part of a team where you will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, including lawyers, assistant attorneys and case managers. We work together on both large and small assignments, and you will be responsible for independent case management and ongoing client contact.
We imagine that you:
- Several years of experience as an attorney, preferably with a focus on business law
- Interest in or experience with insolvency law, but not a requirement
- Are used to handling both advisory and litigation work, possibly within bankruptcy, reconstruction or debt restructuring
- Work independently and have a structured and goal-oriented approach to your tasks
- Good at prioritizing and organizing your workday
- Comfortable working in English and Danish, both written and spoken
- Are a team player with good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in an informal and professional environment
- Is a positive and approachable person who is able to build trust and relationships with both colleagues and clients.
